Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining project workflows and translating briefs into actionable tasks
  • Supporting communication and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints
  • Collaborating with internal teams and client-facing teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Key qualifications include:

  • Proficient in Wrike, Teamwork, or similar project management tools
  • Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts
  • Experienced in interpreting and enhancing technical briefs
  • Comfortable reviewing development estimates and preparing work for client deployment
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Committed to meeting deadlines and adhering to service-level agreements
