Global HRIS Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Global HRIS Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our human resources information systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS technology and experience managing large-scale projects. They will also possess excellent leadership and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize our people digital workplace tools
  • Partner with the People team and other departments to develop and implement web and mobile initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital experience strategy aligned with business goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, engineering, systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience leading HR Service Delivery Centers, HRSC, or Centers of Excellence
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent project management skills
