Human Resources Information System Analyst
  • Location: Makati City (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
  • Employment type: 3-month contract with possible extension
Overview

This role will focus on system administration, business process enhancements, fixes, and continuous improvements across modules such as Core HCM, Time & Absence, Benefits, Help, Compensation, and Recruiting. You'll also support projects like the rollout of Recruiting and Advanced Compensation, optimizing global time-off plans, transforming Workday Help, and realigning security frameworks.

What You'll Do
  • Configure and update Workday modules (Core HCM, Time & Absence, Benefits, Help, Security).
  • Document and implement configuration changes, eligibility rules, and logic.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 case management support and resolve complex Workday Help tickets.
  • Partner with SMEs to improve Help topic structures, routing, and workflows.
  • Support security role changes, reviews, and global security realignment.
  • Maintain and update Time Off & Absence Plans, ensuring compliance across regions.
  • Partner with Payroll and Benefits during Open Enrollment and other cyclical updates.
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and rollout of new enhancements.
What We're Looking For
  • Must have 1–5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in Core HCM plus at least two modules (Time & Absence, Benefits, Help, or Recruiting).
  • Strong knowledge of Workday's business process framework, eligibility rules, and security model.
  • Experience executing system changes within a governance framework (documentation, testing, QA).
