Job Role:

As a crucial member of our HR/Recruitment Department, you will be responsible for overseeing various hiring activities. Your role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from preparing job advertisements to screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring Coordination: Collaborate with the HR/Recruitment Department on all hiring activities.
  • Candidate Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to recruitment-related emails and candidate inquiries.
  • Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across multiple online platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other related administrative or recruitment support tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and experience with recruitment processes are highly desirable.
