Job Description

At The Virtual Hub, we're looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Operations Partner. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on various tasks, including back-office admin duties, logistics coordination, research, reporting, and task execution.

Role Paths – Tailored to You

As an Operations Partner, you'll be part of one of three career tracks: Business Operations Support, Client Engagement & Digital Support, or Tech & Platform Support. Each track offers a clear path for development and growth within its area of focus.

  • Business Operations Support: Focus on administrative tasks, logistics, research, and task execution.
  • Client Engagement & Digital Support: Work on marketing tasks, campaign support, event coordination, social media management, and executive assistant duties.
  • Tech & Platform Support: Concentrate on CRM workflows, database upkeep, email marketing flows, funnel building, Zapier integrations, and automation.

Our goal is to help you grow in capability, confidence, and clarity through continuous training and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A college degree.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and grow with the company.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working in a night shift schedule and maintaining productivity during overnight hours.
