
Sales Relationship Manager

This is a role that focuses on dealer recruitment and relationship management.
The primary objectives are to expand the dealer network, ensure dealer satisfaction, foster loyalty among dealers, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels and implement recruitment-related activities according to set guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect; provide personalized support and timely assistance; engage with dealers to understand their personal and business goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Facilitate onboarding for new dealers, provide comprehensive training on products and direct selling techniques, and collaborate with internal teams to develop onboarding materials, resources, and tools for a smooth transition.
- Act as the primary point of contact between potential/new dealers and the organization; address questions and concerns and facilitate the endorsement and transition to support relationship-building initiatives.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and work with new dealers to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Coach existing dealers on dealer group management, dealership progression, and achievement of set personal vision and goals; provide training on product features, sales techniques, and effective marketing strategies; conduct regular coaching sessions.
- Develop training materials, tools, and resources tailored to dealer needs.
- Monitor dealer performance metrics and provide feedback to maximize revenue and overcome challenges.
- Drive and monitor branch sales through recruiter activities and track KPIs; prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar work environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, build rapport, trust, and influence others.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with individuals across generations and diverse personalities.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility regarding schedules and geographic locations; capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
