Role Summary

This Senior Relationship Manager Position is responsible for leading and supervising a team of relationship managers to drive deposit acquisition and client retention.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, coaching, and motivation, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

About the Role

This Senior Relationship Manager role involves:

  1. Leading regular sales huddles to monitor progress and maintain motivation among team members.
  2. Setting weekly and monthly performance goals aligned with business targets and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, shadowing client meetings, and providing constructive feedback.
  4. Ensuring adherence to proper client engagement standards and sales best practices.
  5. Mentoring team members to improve conversion from scheduled meetings to opened deposits.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of banking/financial sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in deposit sales or high-value financial product acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in financial services.
