Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, mentor, and coach Relationship Managers to maximize deposit acquisition and client retention.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, shadow client meetings, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Set weekly and monthly performance goals aligned with business targets.
  • Lead regular sales huddles to monitor progress and maintain motivation.
  • Continuously work on improving conversion from scheduled meetings to opened deposits.
  • Track and analyze RM performance metrics (meetings scheduled, meetings attended, deposits booked, average ticket size).
  • Identify weak points in the sales cycle and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure adherence to proper client engagement standards and sales best practices.
  • Support RMs in high-value client meetings and negotiations as needed.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of new deposit clients, including documentation, account opening, and deposit placement.
  • Oversee client relationship management post-deposit, ensuring smooth renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Telesales Team Lead to ensure smooth handover of leads and high meeting quality.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Compliance teams to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Provide management with feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor practices.
Reporting & Accountability
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on RM team performance, deposit growth, and client feedback.
  • Highlight challenges and recommend action plans for improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of banking/financial sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in deposit sales or high-value financial product acquisition.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in financial services.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with Creatio is a plus).
