Are you looking for a role where you can build strong relationships with clients and make them feel supported every step of the way? As an Account Executive, your job is to listen closely to what they need, understand their goals, help set clear expectations, and offer thoughtful advice to keep projects on track.

This position involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring everything gets done on time and meets expectations. You will also be responsible for keeping everyone in the loop by updating internal teams and clients on progress and key touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly contact for both new and long-time clients.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Plan and maintain the team's calendar to make sure workloads are balanced and deadlines are met.
  • Handle negotiations and keep accurate records of deals and client information.
  • Make sure all work produced follows industry rules and aligns with brand standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related courses.
  • At least 1 year experience in Advertising or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills;
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
