Customer Experience Representative

Job Description:

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, or phone. The ideal candidate will be able to handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with professionalism and friendliness.

  • Respond to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and ensure fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to maintain a consistent customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
