Job Opportunity

Role Overview:

As a key business growth enabler, you will play a vital role in spearheading account management efforts for hospitality clients across the APAC region. You will foster strong relationships with merchants, understand their objectives, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted business partner, understanding client needs and delivering value-added solutions
  • Build rapport, actively listen, and focus on upselling to maximize account growth
  • Guide clients through their upgrade journey from basic to advanced platforms
  • Demonstrate product solutions, including core point of sale systems, modules, and upgrades
  • Drive reactive upsell opportunities from inbound sales to meet revenue targets

You will contribute to the wider team's success, even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within your role.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in account management, sales development, or a similar quota-carrying role
  • Knowledge of solution-based, consultative sales in a software-as-a-service environment
  • Proficiency in salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organize pipeline
