Tele Sales Specialist in Freight Forwarding

This role involves generating new opportunities for the company through tele sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities
  • Telemarketing: Perform cold and warm calling to set appointments.
  • Follow-up: Confirm appointments daily.
  • Lead Generation: Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  • Client Management: Update and maintain client information in a CRM system.
  • Logistics Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end import and export operations.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
  • Experience using CargoWise or similar systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related fields.
  • Relevant work experience in freight/logistics.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Fast learner with good time management skills.
