
Senior Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion across all freight forwarding services, including air, sea, and cross-border logistics.
They will oversee the entire field sales function, developing and executing a cohesive sales strategy to deliver new business acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business growth targets.
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Managers, providing strategic guidance and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and team performance, ensuring robust reporting and forecasting.
- Drive market development by identifying new business opportunities and monitoring competitor activity.
- 8-10 years of experience in freight forwarding, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or management role overseeing multi-team sales function.
- Extensive progressive experience in freight forwarding sales, with a significant portion of that time in a senior leadership or management role overseeing a multi-country or multi-team sales function.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth and market share.
- Deep knowledge of international logistics, INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and trade regulations across the Southeast Asian market.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a diverse sales force.
This is a full-time position requiring extensive travel for team meetings, client visits, and industry events.
