Drive the adoption of digital workplace solutions and enhance employee productivity.

Job Requirements
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps to identify relevant features for employees.
  • Analyze how companies use industry workplace solutions, identifying opportunities for reapplication.
  • Assess current solutions utilization and determine adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage, involving training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support end-user inquiries and issues.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment as a team player.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requiring little supervisory attention.
  • Demonstrated desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
