Job Overview

As a Digital Workplace Adoption Lead, you will drive conglomerate-wide adoption of digital workplace productivity technologies. You will be a key enabler of increased employee productivity.

This role involves driving adoption of digital workplace solutions across the organization. Your goal is to increase adoption and usage of these tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools. Identify relevant features for employees.
  • Understand how other companies use industry workplace solutions. Identify opportunities for reapplication across the organization.
  • Understand how current solutions are being utilized. Determine adoption and usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption and usage. Programs may involve training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field or equivalent level of experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment, a team player.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requires little supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
