Digital Workplace Strategist

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with business goals and employee needs. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration through workshops, training programs, and other initiatives.

  • Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of people digital workplace tools such as HRIS, platforms, employee portals, intranet sites, websites, mobile apps, and social media channels.
  • Partner with the People team and other departments to develop and implement web and mobile initiatives that enhance the employee E2E process from Recruitment to Offboarding.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for digital innovation, improve visuals and user experience navigation.
  • Development and execution of a comprehensive digital experience strategy aligned with business goals and employee needs.
  • Led planning and execution of change management strategy campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive employee experience and promote adoption and self-service culture across the people services.
  • Usability testing for web and mobile applications and adjustment of designs based on user interaction feedback to ensure a seamless and user-friendly interface.
  • Workshops, sessions, interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Conducting strategic benchmarks, comparing offers, evaluating proposals, creating business cases, and assisting with negotiating and preparing contracts.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge Management strategy to capture, organize, share, and promote Self-service culture across the organization.
  • Knowledge management systems (Employee Portal, shared drives, SharePoint, hyperlinks to platforms, systems, and mobile apps).
  • Promotion of a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration through workshops, training programs, and other initiatives.
  • Presentations and defense of designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Management of multiple projects concurrently, completing them on time and within budget.
  • Project progress tracking and communication of updates to stakeholders.
  • Compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to digital content, privacy, and accessibility.
  • Training documentation, guidelines development, and maintenance.
  • Company and local policies, rules, and guidelines reflection in our HRIS and platforms.
  • Training and support to employees on the use of digital tools and platforms.
  • Coordination and management of third-party vendors and external contractors.
  • Configuration and maintenance of the HRIS system.
  • System and user documentation and training materials development and maintenance.
  • Audits of HR transactions and inquiries to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • User data analysis and adoption metrics to identify opportunities, present findings, and recommendations.
