Job Opportunity: Digital Workplace Adoption Specialist

Drive the adoption of digital workplace technologies across our organization to boost employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed about product roadmaps and feature updates of current productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Research how other companies utilize industry solutions, identifying opportunities for cross-functional application within our organization.
  • Understand current solution utilization, establishing adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute effective adoption programs, increasing adoption/usage through training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or implement incremental changes.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as a subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is highly valued.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requiring minimal supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
