Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage digital presence across social platforms. The role involves content creation, community management, and executing general marketing support tasks, ensuring a consistent brand voice and proactive engagement with the audience.


What You'll Do:

  • Set up and manage social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Align with the Client on brand tone, posting schedules, and content categories

  • Create and publish original content, including graphics, captions, and light videos

  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond as directed by the Client

  • Flag sensitive inquiries and report engagement trends

  • Support broader marketing tasks such as promo coordination and campaign tracking

  • Provide weekly reports on platform performance and content output

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

  • Strong content creation skills (graphic design, basic video editing)

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement tools

  • Strong attention to detail and brand alignment

  • Experience in community moderation is a plus

  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
