Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

The Financial Operations team is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of treasury payments. This includes performing bank reconciliations, coordinating with counterparties, and responding to customer inquiries.

  • Process all manual and electronic treasury payments, ensuring necessary approvals are obtained and execution is completed electronically or via delivery to the bank.
  • Send payment notifications and supporting payment lists to counterparties.
  • Maintain monitoring reports and release Manager's checks.
  • Liaise with accounts payable teams.
  • Execute vendor payments through Netsuite and process disbursements, including employee reimbursements.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and other related documents.
  • Prepare documentation for audits, internal and external.
  • Assist in improving payment processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Ensure that disbursement processes adhere to internal control standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS programs.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the Treasury department.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
