Administrative Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service operations, managing customer interactions, ensuring efficient service delivery, and overseeing administrative duties.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Ensuring efficient service delivery through effective coordination and planning
  • Overseeing administrative duties such as data accuracy and settlement

  • Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Excel formulas
