Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position with the potential to transition to full-time as demands increase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the caregiver team by recruiting highly results-oriented Care Staff, matching caregivers with clients, and coordinating caregiver schedules.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, and other creative avenues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information about services is provided to clients and schedule intake appointments for the Administrator when possible.
  • Coordinate scheduling processes, including documenting interactions with caregivers and clients, and maintaining client files in Axis Care.
  • Verify authorization of services with payors and resolve any questions or concerns from caregivers.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service in a health care setting.
  • Recruiting experience with a focus on senior services is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a sense of urgency and problem-solving ability.
