ABA Therapy Coordinator & Recruiter Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organized ABA therapy coordinator and recruiter to support a U.S.-based provider.

This role serves as the bridge between families seeking ABA care and the therapists who provide it, ensuring accurate placements and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for families and ABA therapists, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Receive job alerts and promptly post openings on relevant job boards and share opportunities with existing candidates.
  • Review client notes carefully to understand family needs and ensure accurate therapist placements.
  • Screen candidates for skills, professionalism, and personality fit, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining candidate pipelines.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, leaving a strong first impression in every interaction.
  • Work independently, leveraging strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.

This is a fully remote working role, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, scheduling, or coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
