Job Overview

Talent acquisition specialists play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing talent sourcing and candidate engagement to interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.

This individual will identify high-quality candidates to support our consulting and project-based needs across life sciences, healthcare, IT, and federal contracting spaces.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process including job analysis and postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, interview preps, and onboarding.
  • Post jobs across internal portals, job boards, and social media channels using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, databases, job portals, referral networks, and outreach campaigns.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal stakeholders ensuring a professional and timely experience.
  • Prepare and present candidate summaries to clients and hiring managers with clear rationale.
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with QA and Operations team.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles and future project needs.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings.
  • Prior experience recruiting within life sciences, healthcare, IT, or technical staffing is preferred but not required.
  • U.S.-based recruitment experience is required; familiarity with employment classifications is preferred.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Smart Sourcing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and basic Excel functions.
