**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top talent acquisition solutions that drive business results. You will play a critical role in streamlining our recruitment processes and ensuring seamless operations across the entire talent pipeline.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in recruiting tools, systems, and best practices, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure smooth hiring operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring data across systems to ensure reporting precision and compliance.
  • Lead optimization of our ATS, improving workflows, permissions, approvals, and reporting capabilities.
  • Drive projects that strengthen recruiting operations, data infrastructure, and analytics to enhance decision-making.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

**Requirements:**
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition within a fast-growing organization.
  • Proven expertise with Greenhouse ATS at a Site Admin level including user management, approvals, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gsuite) and other TA tech tools.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
