Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our organization in the US, working remotely. This role offers a unique blend of financial planning, analysis, and leadership responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Build and maintain financial models for strategic planning, ROI modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to align financial planning with business strategy.
  • Implement automation and enhanced financial reporting using NetSuite, Power BI, and dashboards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in a leadership or senior-level role.
  • Experience with ERP and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
  • CPA or MBA certification is a plus.
