What you'll be working on:

  • Assist in preparing and formatting financial planning documents using Microsoft Excel.
  • Help clients accomplish financial objectives by assessing their financial situation.
  • Provide planning, advisory, and investment services to clients to help them achieve their vision.
  • Communicate clearly with clients about next steps or any necessary information. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, compliance checks, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Help manage daily requests and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Stay on top of assigned tasks and deadlines while showing initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • Contribute to a high-quality, supportive client experience by being responsive, professional, and detail-oriented.

What were looking for:

  • Open for Fresh Graduates with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and preferably Excel.
  • Excellent written communication skills, a quick learner with a keen interest in both finance and technology.
  • Previous experience in financial planning or advice is a strong advantage, but not required.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to follow through on tasks independently.
