Financial Planning and Analysis Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team.

  • This role will focus on delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Product Marketing and Product Development teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. They will be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive business decisions.

A key aspect of this role is working closely with senior leaders and product-focused teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives.
  • Play an active role in the budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compile and assess monthly financial commentary to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and clearly presented.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and preferably has experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strongly driven and detail-oriented, consistently producing accurate, high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Shows willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA to support career development.
