Job Overview

The Paraplanner will provide research, analysis and documentation to support the financial planning team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs), conducting product comparisons and performing strategy modelling in areas such as superannuation, insurance and pensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive SOAs and ROAs according to compliance requirements.
  • Conduct product comparisons and strategy modelling for superannuation, insurance and pension products.
  • Assist in the setup and structuring of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) for property investment.
  • Utilize financial planning software like Xplan, Midwinter and AdviserLogic for research and documentation.
  • Work closely with senior planners to implement tailored financial strategies for clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and liaise with advisers to refine financial strategies.
