Key Role Summary

Develop a comprehensive affiliate strategy to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts and maximize performance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with affiliate partners across multiple markets, leveraging industry connections and negotiation skills.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and propose data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the affiliate network by actively seeking out new affiliates and onboarding them in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory updates to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably across multiple sectors, with a proven track record working with affiliates in various markets.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with expertise in analytics tools and reporting best practices.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment, with availability for ongoing communication and coordination with the team.
