Ambitious Affiliate Partnership Manager

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling affiliate partnerships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- KOL and Affiliate Management: Proactively establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, brands, and YouTubers to expand our affiliate network.
- Negotiate, onboard, and manage all necessary paperwork for seamless integration.
- Maintain open communication with affiliates to build long-term relationships and analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging internal data to track and optimize affiliate performance.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging KOLs.
- Implement SEO/Backlink Strategy: Interact with external vendors to build backlinks and execute link-building strategies.
- Proven success in managing and scaling affiliate partnerships.
- Strong background in performance marketing, preferably within a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs.
- Ability to demonstrate performance data or case studies of previous success.
- Key qualities: Proactivity, independence, accountability.
