Product Performance Lead

The Product Performance Lead will be responsible for driving process enhancements and ensuring the successful launch and after-sales support of products within a B2C product division. This role will involve managing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring high product service levels, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

This includes championing process improvements to support scalability and efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure support teams understand new product launches, marketing promotions, and effectively addressing inquiries, as well as driving process and policy documentation based on insights, customer feedback (internal and external), and industry best practices.

The Product Performance Lead will also focus on the launch readiness of products and ensure they comply with internal policies and regulatory standards, and will work closely with enterprise sales, commercial enablement, operations, trade assurance, and other teams to ensure business objectives are met.

Educational background: A college graduate with strong leadership potential is required. Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in Product and Project Management is preferred, although not essential. Experience in the fintech, banking, financial services, or similar industries is an advantage.
