About the Role:This position is responsible for ensuring suppliers undergo thorough due diligence processes to maintain the integrity of our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with supplier interactions.
Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with suppliers to gather necessary information for due diligence assessments• Conduct comprehensive reviews of supplier documentation, including Code of Conduct forms, Vendor Assessments, and Due Diligence Questionnaires• Verify D&B SSI scores to evaluate supplier credibility• Analyze Risk Assessment summaries to identify potential areas of concern• Manage the assessment process from initiation to completion• Track the status of ongoing Due Diligences to ensure timely resolution
Qualifications and Skills:This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in procurement or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory, along with minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in procurement software and systems is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders remotely.
