Procurement Data Specialist - AVP

Join a leading global Asset Manager, making an impact on individuals and the world.

This role is pivotal in supporting procurement strategy through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will work closely with category management and finance teams to ensure transparency and efficiency in third-party spend and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze procurement operations and third-party spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data analytics tools to support procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with global procurement and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead automation initiatives to streamline procurement workflows and reporting.
  • Monitor adherence to procurement policies and risk frameworks in line with regulations and audit standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement operations, procurement analytics, or vendor management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau; experience with automation tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and third-party risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
