To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fundamental Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English (native level) and Dutch (B2)
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field
- Knowledge of CRM systems and live chat software
