About the Role

UNICEF works in challenging environments to reach disadvantaged children and ensure their survival, rights, and development.

The European Commission has approved a Technical Support Instrument to support Slovakia's Ministry of Education in desegregating Roma children in education. This project aims to strengthen education authorities' capacity to effectively implement desegregation and develop a sustainable monitoring system.

The key objectives include providing high-quality education for Roma children, promoting inclusion and respect for diversity, and eliminating prejudices and discrimination in schools.

This consultancy involves developing resources to support education authorities and stakeholders in implementing desegregation and capacity building activities.

As a specialist in inclusive education, you will work with UNICEF ECARO and Slovakian stakeholders to achieve these objectives.
