Our company is seeking a professional to fill the role of People Experience Support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employee inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with various teams and departments to drive resolution and deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Role

In this position, you will provide support on a wide range of HR and Operations activities and projects, serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and provide timely resolution within defined SLAs.

You will also support policy queries, perform ad hoc tasks, and collaborate with the HR Business Partner to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to drive resolution and deliver results.
  • Support policy queries and provide guidance on HR and Operations procedures.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
