Customer Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Support Advocate.

This fixed term contract position will provide exceptional customer support, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and scale our support function as we continue to grow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming an expert in all areas of the product through extensive research and training.
  • Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
  • Collecting customer feedback and influencing product direction.
  • Identifying and escalating technical issues to the development team.
  • Developing and improving processes to efficiently handle increased volume.
  • Creating and maintaining internal and customer-facing documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
