Customer Experience Advocate
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Advocate. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. They will be knowledgeable about our products and services, and able to articulate the value we offer to customers.
This position requires a high level of technical expertise, including experience with software solutions and contact center technologies. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and preferences. You will also collaborate with our technical teams to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 3-5 years of related experience in a consulting or project management role,
- 3 years in a software support role
- Solid technical knowledge of networking theories and protocols such as TCP/IP, SIP, FTP/SFTP, OSI Model
- In depth knowledge of one or more call center solutions like: Five9, Genesis, Cisco, Nuance, TuVox, Avaya, Aspect, Nortel, Interactive Intelligence, Siebel Call Center or CosmoCom
- Experience in technical writing and documentation
- Experience in contact center objectives, methodologies, tools & operations, contact center reporting and KPIs
- Experience with/and working knowledge of PBX, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR, Dialers and Telephony applications
- Strong project management and client-facing skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
