Job Description

This role involves providing essential support and services by preparing necessary documents, generating contract drafts, and maintaining company records. The primary goal is to create all relevant documentation, manage clients' expectations, and adhere to standard procedures.

The officer will proactively communicate any issues or concerns that require immediate attention to the appropriate team members.

Additionally, this position requires identifying and ordering searches required for clients' properties, depending on the type of property and sale location.

  • Data entry and drafting contracts according to our standard procedure
  • Identifying and ordering searches required for clients' properties
  • Creating rapport and building trust with clients during all stages of communication
  • Gathering personal and confidential information from Australian clients and encoding it appropriately in the system
  • Communicating and updating relevant parties within the internal team with the progress of the contract draft
  • Creating and/or updating records with new files and information
  • Hitting goals and completing tasks daily to meet minimum performance requirements
  • Providing accurate service fees and charges to clients and creating invoices for disbursements
  • Ensuring compliance with procedures
  • Performing other tasks assigned by management
