Key Responsibilities

  • Perform engineering analysis, disposition, bench verification and corrective action on low yield, maverick, and CI reject lots.
  • Interface with counterparts on engineering issues such as low yield and maverick lots, CI rejects evaluation, test program problems, hardware, and system related problems.
  • Conduct qualification of new products, test systems, software, and hardware.
  • Interact with other departments concerning product-related issues.
  • Design and modify test systems and equipment to eliminate processing errors.
  • Submit performance reports.
  • Develop test/process specifications in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide specific product information for testing and processing.
  • Maintain and generate product documentation.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent semiconductor experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) repair and product/equipment characterization utilizing basic statistical methods and SPC.
  • Knowledge on the use of advanced statistical techniques for machine assessments such as MSA and FMEA.
