We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Engineer to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in photovoltaic (PV) systems and a passion for renewable energy. You will play a key role in delivering solar power solutions that are efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Engineering:

  • Design residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar PV systems.

  • Perform load calculations, shading analysis, and system sizing.
  • Create detailed engineering drawings using CAD software.

  • Technical Support:

  • Conduct site assessments to determine solar viability.

  • Provide technical input during proposal, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize underperforming solar systems.

  • Project Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including construction, procurement, and sales.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to safety codes and environmental regulations.

  • Documentation & Compliance:

  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation for permits and approvals.

  • Ensure systems comply with national and local codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, AS/NZS).

  • Innovation & Improvement:

  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in solar energy.

  • Recommend new tools or improvements in existing processes.
