Develop product based on APQP procedure. Analyze market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Develop cost estimates for new product designs and ensure profitability by optimizing production processes and material use. Monitor project budgets and minimize development costs without compromising quality. JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Product Development, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Preferably a licensed Mechanical or Chemical Engineer. At least 1–2 years of experience in a managerial role, or a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity focused on product development and design, ideally within the plastics manufacturing industry. Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle budgets, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
