Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production plans, meeting deadlines, and ensuring smooth line transfers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet production plans and lead the NPI team to achieve weekly targets.
  2. Coordinate with support groups through meetings, calls, instant messaging, or in-person interactions.
  3. Transfer knowledge from one site to another during product transfer projects.
  4. Prioritize tasks based on impact to production plans.
  5. Resolve technical issues and optimize die attach and wire bonding processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in NPI engineering management with a strong background in mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues.
