Microsoft 365 Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring accurate capture and documentation of customer requirements and issues, and managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 configurations, permissions, and security settings.

This role requires a high level of customer satisfaction, meticulous attention to detail in ticketing and issue resolution, and strong communication skills to provide clear and concise support to customers.

About the Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will possess certification in Microsoft 365 Administration and have experience in a customer-facing support role, preferably within IT or SaaS environments.
  • Technical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite is essential, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to simplify technical terms for non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional first-line support to customers, prioritizing empathetic communication and timely issue resolution.
  2. Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 configurations, permissions, and security settings for high reliability and performance.
  3. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve Microsoft 365 service issues, focusing on customer satisfaction and timely response.
