Customer Support Specialist Opportunity

The role of a Customer Support Specialist involves being the primary point of contact for End User Services, providing premium support via various channels. Responsibilities include managing incidents and requests within the ServiceNow ticketing system, conducting daily ticket follow-ups with end users, resolving username and password issues, and offering remote hardware assistance for laptops, tablets, mobile devices, monitors, docking stations, printers, and accessories.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to clients through diverse communication channels.
  • Effectively manage and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of software applications, hardware devices, and network infrastructure to provide effective support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Technical Support position, preferably in an MSP or call center IT support environment.
  • CompTIA A+ certification.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory.
  • Mac OS experience.
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Proficiency with common hardware, software, and technologies: Windows, Office, iOS, laptops, tablets, Mobile Device Management (MDM), VPN, WiFi, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, remote position that requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
