Job Title: Help Desk Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide remote technical support across various platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants.
  • Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments.
  • Use RMM tools to monitor and resolve incidents.
  • Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization.
  • Respond to, track and resolve IT support tickets within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of help desk experience.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues.
  • Hands-on experience with RMM systems.
  • Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.
