Job Title:

Automation Testing Lead

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage automation testing efforts across projects in the life insurance domain.
  • Design and develop automation test scripts using TOSCA, define and implement best practices in test automation frameworks, strategy, and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must-Have:
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation.
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with TOSCA.
  • Strong understanding of the life insurance domain, including product rules, policy lifecycle, claims, and underwriting processes.
  • Proven experience in designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, TestComplete).
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
  • ISTQB or other testing certifications.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Education:
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
