Senior Automation Developer

We are seeking a skilled automation professional to join our team.

  • Design and implement custom automation solutions for existing or new processes.
  • Implement the full life cycle of an automation solution, including identifying opportunities, gathering requirements, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using advanced automation tools.
  • Troubleshoot and fix major bugs/defects and assist junior developers in resolving issues/requests.
  • Introduce and test new technologies to improve the technical capabilities of the team relating to RPA and other automation tools.

You will also be responsible for engaging the organization to surface automation opportunities and maintaining a backlog of automation projects.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong desire to achieve results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You should have a passion for learning, enjoy analyzing problems from new angles, and be able to proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar. Additionally, you should have 3-4 years of relevant work experience in software development, tools, and process automation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in software development, tools, and process automation.
  • Proficient in Python and any RPA/automation tools and platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of Integrated Administrative and Productivity Tools.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and response experience.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
