At the heart of our client experience is a dedicated professional who guides them through every step. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing clients from purchase order to account activation.

Job Description

This role requires a high level of client focus and exceptional service skills, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

The primary responsibilities include providing customer support, troubleshooting help, and guidance/training to new clients in setup and addressing questions and concerns related to the client setup process and/or use of our tools and systems.

You will perform mostly phone, but also email and text outreach to clients in setup, follow up consistently with all clients in setup with pending roadblocks, and respond (via phone/email/text) to all clients in a timely manner to provide a high level of customer support.

Your goal is to develop great client relationships to keep new clients excited about joining us.

  • At least 20 mbps and up wired connection for main ISP
