Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for clients, handling their needs and concerns.
  • Coordinate project scheduling, including relaying service requests and confirming details with clients.
  • Prepare proposals for services, securing approvals from leadership.
  • Monitor project status and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of POs, invoices, and scheduling using platforms like BuilderTrend.
  • Document workflows to support onboarding and standardization.
  • Complete regular tasks such as email communication in a timely manner.
  • Support business growth through outreach efforts, with opportunities to grow into a sales role.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records.
  • Reliability and accountability in meeting deadlines and owning responsibilities.
  • Adaptability under pressure, prioritizing effectively and adjusting quickly to feedback.
  • Technical skills, comfortable learning and using platforms such as BuilderTrend, WhatsApp, and Excel.
  • Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients.
  • General work experience required, background in account management or sales preferred.
